Biarritz – (Caffeine Free) Orange Amaretto Rooibos Tea

Capri – (Caffeine Free) Honeydew Melon Mint Tea

Negroni – (Caffeine Free) Bittersweet Orange Rooibos Tea

Others to try –

Cocteau – (Caffeine Free) Vanilla Grapefruit Mint Roobios Tea

Days of Heaven – (Caffeine Free) Rhubarb Cha.omile Verbena

Mojave – (Very Low Caffeine) Smoky Hibiscus Cherry Tea

Recipes –

Arnold Palmer

  • 1 Tea Bag or 1 t of Tea (suggestions above) about 3 oz. Use just enough water at 212 F to fully cover the tea
  • Infuse for 5 minutes covered
  • Remove the Tea leaves and add about 7 oz of cold water
  • Fill a glass with ice
  • Fill the glass with about 1/3 or 1/2 with Lemonade (August Uncommon Tea suggests Simply Lemonade)
  • Slowly pour the cool Tea over a spoon to float onto of the Lemonade
  • Add a Slash of Lemonade on the surface for a burst of flavor
  • Add a straw and garnish

New England Apple Cooler…for long sweltering days

  • 2 T Mackintosh Tea – August Uncommon Tea
  • 1/2 – 1 t Honey
  • Fill glass 1/2 way with infused Tea over ice
  • Add Sparkling Apple Juice or Soda Water (combination of both)
  • Stir and garnish with a slice of Apple

Garnish Ideas for Iced Teas and Waters…

Make Tea and Water more enticing by infusing with fruit and herbs. Mix and match to complement Tea and enhance Waters to create thirst quenching combinations.

  • Cucumber slices and Mint leaves for those hot summer days.
  • Lemon wheels and Blueberries a little something sweet and tart.
  • Watermelon and Basil adding some refreshing content to your teas or waters.
